General Estimates and Consultations

All initial project discussions and free estimates provided by Kearney Restorations are based on visible conditions and the information provided by the homeowner at the time of the consultation.

• Estimate Validity: Unless otherwise stated in writing, all written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance due to fluctuating material costs.
• Scope of Work: The estimate covers only the specific items listed. Any additional home improvement or structural changes requested after the signing of a formal contract will require a written change order.

Professional Licensing and Standards

Kearney Restorations is a licensed contractor in the State of California (License #1094424). We perform all residential remodeling in accordance with local building codes and industry-standard quality workmanship.

• Permits: Unless otherwise specified in a formal construction contract, the homeowner is responsible for any applicable HOA approvals, though Kearney Restorations can assist with the city permitting process.
• Subcontractors: While Chaz Kearney personally oversees every project, we reserve the right to utilize trusted, licensed specialized tradespeople (such as electricians or plumbers) to ensure your kitchen or bathroom renovation meets all safety codes.

Homeowner Responsibilities

For a successful remodeling project in Yucaipa, CA, we ask that homeowners:

• Access: Provide consistent access to the jobsite during agreed-upon working hours.
• Clearance: Clear the work area of personal belongings and valuables prior to the start date.
• Decisions: Provide timely feedback on material selections (tile, paint, fixtures) to maintain the project schedule.
